Jamaican rum, passion fruit syrup, lemon, mixed proper and named after its invetor’s ex-wife ( a real hurricane, if you know what we mean)

Apricot/Anise infused Appletons 8yr, Haymans Sloe Gin, Lime, Grenadine. You don’t have to be one to drink like one. Fake it till you make it, baby!
Non-Rum Cocktails
Perfect 10 Martini
Simple in recipe, complex in flavor. 7 parts Tanqueray no.10 to 1 part Lillet French Vermouth – shaken, not stirred (of course)
Marnier Margarita
The Queen of all margaritas – Silver Patron, Grand Marnier and fresh squeezed lime juice.
Upper Manhattan
Italian vermouth, choice of whickey and a dash of angostura with a single cherry to balance the flavor.
Slingshot
The term “sling” means “made of sweetened spirits and water. In our version, you can add virtually any liquor of your choice to pure cane sugar syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Sidecar Suzy
Choice of Brandy, Cointreau, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. A favorite of everyone named Suzy.
Spear-mint Julep
Our jungle version of the Kentucky favorite – a healthy bourbon pour with muddled spearmint and pure cane sugar syrup from the Caribean
The Sazerac
Call it a caveman, we call it the original gangster. The sazerac is the earliest known cocktail recipe – 2 ounces of whisky with a teaspon of sugar and a few dashes of bitters.
Tom Collins
3 ounces of Tanqueray no.10 with the juice of a full lemon and a dollop of pure cane island sugar – this is not your Father’s Tom Collins.

Man cannot live on liquor alone (believe me, I’ve tried). So we hand-crafted some family recipes with modern twists and offered them up as appetizers and small-plate selections.
Crab and Chorizo Fritters
Chopped dry-cured link chorizo and lump crab meat with sofrito and an island spice blend give this little Caribbean treat a zesty kick.
Caribbean Chicken Wings
Island spice seasoned wings tossed with habanero, soy, honey and brown sugar, gilled and served with a tangy island dressing
Chips and Sauce-ah!
A Caribbean twist on the classic appetizer. Long-cut unripe fried plantain chips with a house special Cilantro Dipping Sauce.
Jungle Nachos
Fresh multi-grain tortillas chips smothered in a mix of bell peppers, onions, avocado, pineapple, bacon and caribbean jerk marinade. Add shrimp to it, for a little taste of the sea
Jamaican Beef Dumplings
Ground beef, onions, chopped scallions and island spice wrapped in crispy wontons and served with Jamaican hot sauce.
Jerk Rolls
Sweet and smoky jerk chicken with crumbles of blue cheese and coleslaw wrapped tightly in an egg roll and served with a Caribbean blue cheese dressing.
Caribbean Shrimp Salad
Pineapple, mango and peeled jicama cubes mixed with cilantro and a tangy island vinaigrette, then tossed with large peeled shrimp and served with Boston lettuce leaf wraps.
